Refund Policy

We do our best to ensure that all of our customers are delighted with their LazeyDaze purchases. Please take a moment to review our refund policy before making a purchase.

This policy refers to online orders on www.lazeydaze.com

 

We offer refund / replacement for customers who receive the wrong item(s) or damaged/defective items, and in cases where packages are lost in transit.

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within ten (10) days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than thirty (30) days after the estimated delivery date.

Please contact us at shop@lazeydaze.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, your order number, and any other relevant details about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible. If a refund is approved a credit will be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 to 6 business days, for the value of the item(s). Shipping costs and any Customs Duties and/or Taxes are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Wrong Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for any delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. If you fail to provide accurate shipping information and your item(s) cannot be delivered, the item(s) may be returned to our warehouse. If said item(s) is/are returned and you would like them sent to the correct address, you will be responsible for any additional fees. If your item(s) is/are returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you once and if we do not hear from you within ten (10) days, your item(s) will be donated to charity.

 

We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse - if you have a change of heart or are unsatisfied with your purchase for personal reasons unrelated to the quality of our products or services.

 

We do not offer refunds for incorrect fit or color. Relevant information is available on every product detail page. The onus is on the customer to research said item materials, quality, texture, etc. – please refer to the sizing guide for each item prior to ordering.
